Guide to Host your Avon Basket Party
What
you need to Know
Let’s
start by scheduling your party. Each party will last for 2 weeks. Once your
party is scheduled, you will be given a basket of Avon catalogs, samples, order
forms and free gifts to give to customers. Pass out your materials to friends,
co-workers, family and neighbors. Collect orders and money from your customers.
Each order will have a $0.75 handling fee and 8% tax. Return any extra
materials and money with your basket by the end of your party to Dawn. All
items will be shipped to Dawn and then delivered to you. You will need to
deliver the items to your friends and family. Your customers may also order
online during your party dates at https://dawnrodriguez.avonrepresentative.com/.
Your customers will need to inform you of their online purchase in order for it
to be counted towards your party total. Online orders will ship to their homes
so this is the perfect way to sell to friends and family out of state.

Rewards
Every
Host or Hostess will receive a free gift just for hosting an Avon Basket Party.
In addition, your party may also qualify for the following rewards. Keep in
mind that all rewards are calculated before tax and the $0.75 handling fee. Rewards
will need to be ordered at the same time that your money is given to Dawn and
will need to come from the current Avon catalog.

Calculating
Order Totals
Calculate
the subtotal of all items at appropriate sale prices. Add $0.75 to the
subtotal. Multiple the total by .08 to find the tax. Add the tax to the
subtotal to get the final total. If your customer pays with a check, have the
check made out to you. You may then write to final check with your party total
to Dawn Rodriguez.
